"My rate goes down to negative because of their response. I was surprised by their unprofessionalism. I send an inquiry on Jan 18 and did not get any response and I had to send another e-mail. Eileen (WebEyeCare) finally responded it on Feb 12, nearly a month later, saying I have two days to send it back! I was so busy and they did not respond in a timely manner, Is this customer service? This is tardiness. If they respond properly, I should have a few weeks to work on. I still do not see any solution. In another order, they could not find the prescription attached to the order and asked me for another one. The manager, Tiffany did not answer my inquiries, sent me responses looks like "copy and paste" messages. I asked simple questions. I am still waiting for another response- it is nearly a week and no response.
The initial order was made on Dec 25 at the price of $51.50. On the next day, customer service told me "it would be an additional $221.50." What! That is more than four times more. When I went to the site, it was $127.00. It was still more than twice. I cancelled the original order of $221.50 and re-ordered the one at $127.00; they are the same item. Then I received the one that does not look new and am struggling with the situation above. I just see a mess. Customer service is to assist a customer and provide a solution.
This is just dysfunctional customer service.
The order took about two weeks, which is fine. The design is nice, but I tried it and did not fit well. It looks distorted and prints partly gone (inside of the frame) and maybe used before (I ordered a new one)- they claimed it new so it was defective on arrival. I explained to customer service and asked what to do. The reply came in after a few weeks. It was too late to replace. It was 50% off sale and the price was ok. I would not buy any with the regular price. "
"I have been a customer for 4 years and never had a problem until I went to exchange my contact lenses. The return/exchange policy as well as the warehouse handling is really bad. I would rather purchase contacts from my doctor who will return contacts with no exception vs getting screwed by webeyecare.com. Now I have contacts I don't want and also had to pay for shipping costs for the exchange they couldn't process. "

However, instead of using an appropriately sized box to return the product, you chose to smush all six 90pk boxes of contact lenses into a smaller box. The boxes were compressed together to the point of not only the seals being broken but the seams of the boxes tearing open.
We will not return a product that we cannot put back in our inventory to resell. If you had received your order in the state you sent it back to us you would not have accepted it either.

Just placed my order and excited to receive them. "There's really not much more to say - they had the product I wanted at a competitive price. They delivered it on time and as ordered. My only complaint is the "Processing Fee" that really isn't visible at all until you get to the cart checkout. It doesn't appear in Google Shopping results and is hard, if not impossible, to find on the individual item page. The say that other sites have these processing fees, but are hiding them in higher costs. This site isn't exactly putting them out in the open when you don't see them until you are already in the checkout process, and likely to say, what the heck, I've come this far. If you want to be transparent, put the processing fee on the item page. "
