"My biggest issue is with the lack of/delay in communication with their customers. Never received an email confirmation then one week later my contacts just show up. Yesterday I got an email saying they just shipped and I was provided with a tracking number... for a package that was delivered days before. Wasn’t sure how long my order was going to stay “processing” (even though It was already being shipping without my knowing) so I ordered another two boxes of contacts through another website. I paid for expedited shipping, just to have my order from webeyecare magically appear with no confirmation/communication or good luck talking to customer service. Otherwise pretty reliable and good price. "
