"I ordered the contacts Sunday and put 1 day delivery because I needed them for Monday. So I paid the extra $30 to get them, instead I get a email saying they need more information about my prescription. So I don’t get them Monday, I sent everything and turns out it wasn’t enough information so I had to now send more information and wait until Tuesday. I got nothing Tuesday or Wednesday until Thursday. So why did I pay the $30? If I was still gonna get them 4 days later instead of 1 day. I should’ve just not paid the 30 and got them some other day instead."

"First and foremost, contacts did come in correct. I ordered my wife's contacts on a Sunday , I got an email confirmation of order, it took almost a week for them to send me an email stating they have been trying to get prescription from eye doctor even though I sent it but it somehow got lost. I sent it again, then I got an email saying they can read prescription so I told them what it was. It took over 2 weeks for the contacts to arrive. Positive side, they are the right contacts."
