"The contacts were priced well and there were no shipping issues, the problem was the website. While ordering my contacts I had to change some information and when I refreshed the page it apparently affected an algorithm for increased views or increased interest in the contacts and triggered surge pricing. So, right as I was going to pay, the price increased. Very sneaky.
Then when the order was on it's way, I encountered a glitch which only allowed you to see the tracking information ONCE and then if you tried to view it again it had disappeared. I had to clear out my internet history so that the website saw me as a "new" visitor and then I was able to see the info again.
So if you order from here, DON'T make changes, don't refresh pages, and take screenshots of order information the first time you see it."

The marks are used by the lab for production of Progressive lenses, and should never have been shipped out to you in this condition. We are so sorry for the issue. You safely clean this off with rubbing alcohol and a soft cloth. If you are not comfortable doing so we are happy to provide a UPS shipping label to get this taken care of for you, or of course if you wish to return the glasses for a refund we can accommodate that as well.”
