"Extremely dissatisfied customer. I wish I would've read all these reviews prior to ordering. I had the same experience as mentioned in these reviews. I was able to place the order. At no point, did they say the lenses were on back order until 3 days later. I've been trying to get ahold of them and they don't answer. It's been 2 weeks and I'm still waiting for my lenses. I sent them an email asking them to cancel my order, they advised they couldn't because the lenses were shipped. I went back on the email and asked when were they shipped and when can I expect to receive them. They never answered the when the lenses were shipped question, but said I should expect them next week. I'm in the damn US not overseas. Us mail takes 2 to 3 days not a whole week. Basically they won't let me cancel my order."

I was notified that my order was on back order. I tried calling customer service to find out how long. After waiting 1/2 hour with no answer, I gave up. I tried to ask via email and only received a general answer. When I asked for a more specific answer/date to know whether to keep or cancel the order, no one responded.
