"Web Eye Store sent me the wrong contacts and sent 4 boxes instead of two. They refused to pay for return shipping. The only way to communicate with them is via email. Their chat feature is never available. When I phoned I was on hold for up to 25 minutes with no answer. I returned the contacts and paid for shipping out of my pocket. They refunded part of what I paid due to shipping ( which was free) and return fees. They refuse to admit they made a mistake with my order."

"Horrible. Please NEVER order through this company! I have ordered my contacts on 05.29.2013. They were shipped on 06.13.2013. Two weeks later, the package had still not arrived. When checking the tracking number, it turned out that the package was never even scanned in for shipment. So I tried to contact Web Eye Store, both by email and phone, on a regular basis. It is now 07.30.3013, two months after placing the order, and I have never received any kind of response.
This is a fake company. They will steal your money. Please be warned about these cheaters and never order with them!"
"I ordered 3 boxes of contacts @ $38 each to get free shipping. They sent me the wrong color. then they said to send them back for replacement. next thing I know they say they can only give me a $29.25 credit for 1 box (they were keeping $8.75 for a "restocking fee"), since one box was "deformed" and another box opened. Are you kidding me?? they shipped the stuff in an envelope and that's why it got deformed. totally their fault. I subsequently ordered 2 boxes contacts from walgreens.com, got it cheaper with free shipping, and they shipped it in a sturdy little box that didn't get deformed.
I tried numerous times to contact webeyestore but they just blew me off with an arrogant don't-give-a-damn attitude. and to top it all off, they took my money and still have my product that I sent back. That's why I contacted better business bureau nyc to settle this matter, since webeyestore is hell bent on taking my money, keeping my product and ignoring me when I send them e-mails. "

"Customer service is non existent. They will happily take your money and then provide no service at all when your order doesn't show up.
If they ever do get back to your enquiries as to why your order hasn't arrive (for every 7 times you either email, call or web chat you get a response once) they will tell you its still in the mail.
Seriously after 4 months they won't ever arrive. No refunds or care in the world."
"they didnt mention that the minimum order was 2 boxes, they never respond to chat, e-mail, or phone calls. they never gave me a way to track my packages, and my order was placed 0n 7/11/2013 it is 7/30/2013 and no lens delivered yet. I get packages from china faster. When I complained no one responds, good thing all my internet shopping experiences have not been like this one or I would never shop online. Never Again! I will post this everywhere I can so no one else has to go through this.

I have emailed, left voice mails that have not been returned, tried all of the options on the toll-free number and I still can't find out about my order. "My experience with Web Eye Store has been terrible. I placed my order on 5/19, expecting 7-10 day shipping. On 5/22, I received an email that my order had been "placed for shipping" and that a tracking number would be forthcoming. Needless to say, it was not. I have placed numerous calls and emails to the company over the last few days, none of which were responded to. Yesterday, I received an auto-email stating that "1 or more items have shipped," but that some of my products are also on backorder. There was no tracking number, no explanation of which products had shipped and which hadn't, and no information as to when back ordered products were expected to ship or be received. This was particularly confusing as my order consisted of 4 boxes of the exact same item.
Unless I can get some clarification on this situation by 5 pm today, I plan to cancel this order and dispute it with my credit card company. I have never dealt with anything like this before from an online merchant. Very disappointing."
