"Custom wheels and tires my @$$... never ordering from them again. They sent me bad rims and took them 5 months to make it right. I finally get to use the wheels i purchased over 5 months ago. Their customer service guy Jereme is simply the rudest person in their company. I would highly recommend going elsewhere for wheel and tire combos. STAY AWAY FROM WHEELSNEXT"

"Preface: I never write reviews online. None of this is an exaggeration. I felt obligated to provide the below information so that you can avoid:

One of the worst purchase experiences of my lifetime. I'm confidant that any positive reviews for Wheels Next are coming from their internal staff. Wheels Next is terrible. They're customer service is completely unreasonable and they're return policy is shady.

They're wheels didn't fit the make and year of my car. They refused a refund and/or exchange, even after providing pictures that the wheels were not damaged.

They are slow and unresponsive. They also try to upsell you over the phone. Their stock is over priced. They'll also keep you on hold over the phone.

My first attempt to make a purchase online didn't even go through to their systems.

I literally have to go to my bank to pull back the payment because they're wheels have no purpose for my car and they refuse to assist.

"I wish I'd seen all the bad reviews online for wheelsnext before I ordered. I lost out on the chance to get a Black Friday deal from a reputable vendor. I placed my order for a snow tire & wheel package on 26 November. A salesman who I believe was named John left a message for me on 29 November. There was a problem with my order. Neither the tires nor the wheels were available in the sizes I ordered. So we changed the sizes to something else that would work, but I had to pay the difference.

I sent an email on 2 December asking for an order update. No response. I called customer service today (6 December) and spoke with J.R. He said my order hadn't been placed because they needed to verify with the wheel manufacturer to make sure they would fit my vehicle. What?! First off, why did the website show the wheels were guaranteed fit my vehicle if they weren't sure? Secondly, why wasn't that checked the week prior when I confirmed the changes to the order with the salesman over the phone? Anyway, J.R. said he would contact the wheel manufacturer and call me back in an hour and a half. He never did.

I called again same day and spoke with someone new (maybe Dan, couldn't fully understand what he said). He said the wheels would fit, but the tires were now sold out. I asked about the Bridgestone Blizzaks they have on their website and he said those are sold out as well. He tried to get me to buy a cheap General snow tire telling me they are as good as the Blizzaks.

Customer service is lacking, and the whole experience was a waste of my time. BTW, all those tires and wheels they are sold out of are still for sale on the website.

"Original order was the first week of Sept. The original wheel and tire order was backordered, but was still available on the website. I did not find this out until a week later. I then ordered another set of wheels and tires and they did not fit, despite the guarantee that they would. The company then tried to make me pay more $$ for the same brand of tire in a smaller size.. Finally had to pay for 2 additional tires, out of my pocket, then ship the two that did not fit back. 3 weeks passed with no refund, and finally got Jeremy on the phone (customer service manager). He left me on hold twice for over 30 mins. This order took over 2 months to complete, still haven't gotten my refund for the 2 additional tires, and spent hours on the phone. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND DO NOT FOLLOW THROUGH WITH WHAT THEY SAY OR GUARANTEE!!!"

"This company is the WORSE company in the world, THE WORSE. I spoke to a manager with the name of Jeremy Montenegro who was the MOST unhelpful and worse mannered individual in the world. I placed an order on the 11th of October and was promised to have my rims the week of 18th-22nd, however Jeremy told me there is no way of me getting the rims this week, I am currently in progress of going thru my bank for a chargeback because this business is just trash!"

"I was concerned at first about WheelsNext after I had placed my order (tire + wheel combo)since I had read all the bad reviews about it, but I had to see for myself. The shipping took a bit longer than expected but when I called them to check the status of my order, they answered very fast and had me on hold for LESS than 5 minutes, they explained to me that it was because it was coming from their CA facility (I live in FL) and that once they ship it out they would send me a tracking number, which they did. Anyway, I received everything very well packaged, inside one of the wheels it had the box with the lock, lugs, etc. as it was explained on the e-mail. I now have them on my 06 Scion TC, was a perfect fit and looks great. I would definitely buy again from WheelsNext, disregard all their bad reviews and just have a bit of patience with the shipping. Thanks WheelsNext."

"I wanted to order a set of wheels and tires for my Ford Expedition so I decided to go with Wheels Next because of the large selection of wheels and the low prices. I spoke to a sales rep by the name of Ralph at ext 206 and he helped me pick the perfect set for my truck. I was "ok" with the selection that I had picked but my sales rep assured me that they would look great when I received them. He was right I love the new wheels on my truck and so does my husband.
I wanted to thanks Wheels Next for the great service and the hassle free process.

"Poor customer service. After waiting weeks longer than promised, my wheels arrived only to have the wrong lug nuts included. Had to purchase new ones locally. The whole ordeal has been a customer service nightmare. They answer phones for orders quickly but leave you on hold forever for customer service. No call backs no compensation for my loss. I've thought I'd save a bit of money using wheelsnext, but spent more and got less in the end. I wish I would have been smart and did some reseach on them, like you are doing now. UUGH!"

"This is the worst company I have ever dealt with -- whatever they claim, they have NO customer service. I couldn't get any information about the status of my order either by e mail or phone so I cancelled it. I tried to contact them again and hung up after sitting on hold for 25 minutes. They billed my credit card for the full price anyway. I worked with the credit card company dispute process and got a credit. Still no contact from the wheels next. Now they have charged me again -- I assume for a cancellation fee, but how would I know?
Evasive, unresponsive and with apparently no idea how to track orders. Deal with them at your own risk.

"What a nightmare. First it took 3 weeks to get the rims and tires. Second, I had to purchase new lug nuts because they didn't send the key, $32. Third, the wheels that were supposed to be balanced had enormous weight taped to them as they hobbled down the road. The grease monkey I had balance them the first charged me $28 but something was still wrong. Then I took them to a race shop to have them g-force balanced or something like that, anyway, it was $80. That worked but when they were mounting them, they noticed the centering rings were missing. All this after about 5 completed calls and 30 attempts. I complained to the BBB but that did nothing. My advice is buy from a reputable local dealer. You will spend the sam money and have somewhere to go if there's a problem. Wheelsnext.com is not the way to go for anyone who values their money. "

"When my wheels arrived by FedEx they were shipped without the loug nuts to mount them. Not only this but my paperwork for warranty and proof of purchase documentation was missing. These didn't bother me as much when I also realized that another necessary part was missing, the centering ring for each wheel was not shipped. I had to pay locally for all these additional items. When I was finally able to get the wheels mounted they were severely unbalanced, something I paid www.wheelsnext.com $100 to do. I paid for that locally also and still there is vibration coming from those wheels. I had the technician rebalance the wheel and still the wheels produce a vibration throughout the entire car while it's being driven. I called Wheels Next more that 5 times to complain and I still have not received a resolution. When a call is made to resolve an issue, only the representative that made the sale can assist you. This can prove difficult since their work schedule is not structured. I paid a total of $1,899 for this wheel package and the company refuses to offer a refund for these wheels. The wheels are obviously faulty and they will not own up to it."
