The manager of that store, Pamela, assisted me with picking outfits that are flattering on me.
She went above and beyond with her assistance and advice. Her knowledge in fashion and outgoing personality put me at ease and made my shopping excursion truly enjoyable. I don’t normally shop for clothes for myself, so I didn’t know what to look for and find it stressful. She exemplified the meaning of great customer service and attention to detail. She absolutely hit it out of the park!

"It's beautiful, looks well made, had no unpleasant odor.
The complainant is towards FedEx. I stayed home to wait for the delivery, they didn't even ring the doorbell and I found out that it was delivered from the email notification. It was a rainy day and the carpet was left at the far end of the porch when it would have been very easy to leave it completely sheltered from the rain. So thumbs down for FedEx.
Luckily the carpet was packed very well, keeping it dry.."

"I have only good things to say about this company. Their customer service is truly amazing. I recently ordered clothes some clothes and after that the deal came out which would've save me more money than the mailing coupon I used did plus they were giving out a complimentary pouch on top of that. I used their chat asking if I could get a price adjustment and it was done promptly with no questions asked or giving any hard time and they even agreed to send me that complimentary pouch. I thought that was extremely nice of them and I will continue giving this company business not minding their higher prices because the clothes I choose to buy there I can never find anywhere else and they really deserve to stay in business for the customer service they provide when a lot of stores lacking that these days.
