"I have been told three different delivery dates for the items we ordered three weeks ago. The latest was six days ago...no package and no update on the delivery status with an explanation as to where the package is and when it might arrive. I completely understand the busyness of the holiday season and shipping. I don't appreciate the lack of updates on the package - which obviously will arrive far after Christmas, when I was told it would arrive by December 23. "

"I ordered a number of items from WHBM, only to find out weeks later that my order was cancelled (by WHBM). So I went back on the website and placed a new order. It’s been three weeks and I have heard nothing, apart from the original email noting that my order was being processed. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Very disappointed. "I love these jeans! Shopping online is fast and easy and I am very satisfied with my WHBM online experience. One complaint I have is your limited stock and availability. Unfortunately, I can only afford to purchase sale items from WHBM and it seems I almost always miss out on finding my size in the style or color that I most desire. "
