"Took a while but I got a refund minus $$ for shipping. My only gripe is that a WHBM store near me would NOT take back the product."
"The Nov. 30th order I placed somehow never was sent till late December, arriving after New Year's. There was no notice from WHBM about any back order and I didn't know it hadn't arrived until Christmas day when I asked my daughter if she'd gotten it. Not until then did I even know to contact WHBM and when I did I was then told they were going to get it out SOON. Soon? It was supposed to be there for Christmas! Terrible service! Although the clothes may be nice, when the customer isn't told what is happening with the order disappointment results.
Don't know if I'll order more from WHBM as my trust in WHBM to handle my order has been greatly reduced. What a disappointment this transaction was. What will you do to restore my faith in your company?

"Ordered $100 gift card, but when the package arrived it contained an envelope for a gift card, but no gift card. Spoke to customer service, replacement was to be mailed. Nearly 2 weeks later, still no gift card. Called again and asked for a refund. We shall see if account is credited by the end of the week

"It took over a week for my order to be picked and packed. Being that it was common knowledge that USPS was having issues with delivering, I asked that my order be upgraded to 3 day shipping and was told ‘no’. I placed my order on 12/7 and was concerned that it would not arrive in time for Christmas. The delay in preparing my order for shipping and the lack of communication to the customer is unacceptable, even in the current environment. I will not be purchasing from WHBM again after this experience."

"I had tried on a sweater at WHBM and it was too large so I waited to order a size down. It took awhile to arrive and, unfortunately, is too small. I am debating whether to send it back or take the much higher risk of going to the store to save money. I am elderly and live with someone who is high risk. I wish WHBM would not charge me for mailing the return like so many other retailers. I will probably not shop there again because of this."

4th item ordered December 9 received December 26th... I realize that with the Christmas rush and COVID things are moving slow but you guys are way way slower then anyone else. It was never a quick ship prior to COVID.
3 to 5 days should be the standard.
