"I love this store! Great quality apparel and excellent customer service. The ladies at the Eastwood Store in Lansing were so helpful and fun. I'd never met them before, but it was like I was shopping with a couple of girlfriends. They were quick to compliment when something looked good, but also (and even more importantly) gave their opinions when something didn't look quite right or didn't fit right. Well done ladies and I walked away a very happy customer. I've gotten many compliments on outfits I bought.

"I went to a WHBM store to return a lilac jacket on St. Patrick's day. The store manager, Nikki, processed the return, but refused to reorder for a smaller size . She said that no one was working in the warehouse and that she was closing the store. She ordered me to leave. As a result, when I later attempted to reorder this jacket, it was out of stock. This was absolutely unprofessional conduct on the part of the store manager."

"I placed an order for two tops. Receive one, about a week later "2nd part" of order arrives, it is the wrong item. I contact them and get a refund. Thinking it was just an error I place order for the same item again. NO updates for a week, Until I voice my concern on their contact us chat. I am assured that the item is on back order and will be shipped the upcoming week. Couple days later I receive an order cancellation email because the item is now "unavailable" . If you do not have the item just say you DON'T have it from the start. Had to rush buy a replacement for my event. Note: The company was incredibly quick to issue refunds but the whole hassle and time waiting to receive the product was just not worth it."
