"I ordered 3 items online in early December. Two items showed up 2 weeks later and I still cant get any updates on the third. It stopped showing up in online ads so I guess its sold out but WHBM cant even update me on what the status is? I will only go into their stores from now on. Partial success is not good enough to make me want to spend money this way."
"I came into the store to return some pants that I had bought online, and paid for through a 3rd party called afterpay. It was a bit of a challenge to find my order being that I paid through a 3rd party and I didn't have a receipt from WHBM. I didn't get the name of the young lady, but, she was able to find my order after speaking with someone at afterpay. She kept me informed while I was shopping in the store, then told me the amount I would get as a credit to my account, and that I would receive an email."
"Purchase a dress on the 5th. Received it the next week. It looked nothing like the pictures and the fabric was cheap. Promptly filled out the return slip and used the return label. That's it. I haven't heard anything back from them. I have not received a refund. Money thrown out the window."

"Shipping was awful. sent via USPS. Tracking showed it sat in Georgia for 2 weeks plus. Then when it got to my state it was delivered the next day, Xmas Eve at 5PM. I'm thankful it came though and I know there was a big amount of packages to handle for them but gee, if it just kept moving from Georgia I would have had it at least a week before."

On hold 30 minutes to talk to rep only to find out one order had been canceled with no notice to me. Was told I could still get Christmas delivery if ordered something else right then. I did. It still hasn’t arrived. No confirmation of second order. One order did arrive but I received no notice. There is no way to track packages. Will never order from here again."
