"I think the items displayed on the social feeds are simply "click bait" and does not exist in the inventory. I'm not even sure it's connected to the actual company?? I ordered earrings in November....and it was not until about five weeks later did I get a message they were not available...but to look at something else (not even close to the original). By this time it was too late to order in time for Christmas. Won't be making this mistake again."
"I ordered two different sweaters to be shipped to two different sisters for their birthdays. Both due to arrive be December 14. One was simply cancelled after the 14th. The other resulted in a charge to my credit card and then days later saying the item shipped and is due to arrive by January 9...I’ll never do this sfsin"

"Ordered items on 12-8-20. One item supposedly shipped out on 12-12-20, but when click on tracking information shows still waiting to be sent to post office. Other item was cancelled due to lack of merchandise. However, was never informed that would not be receiving item.
Did internet chat with associate, who claimed first item was in the mail and it was the post office's fault. This associate informed me that 2nd item (a bracelet) had been cancelled. It is now 12-29-20 and item that is supposedly in the mail has yet to arrive.
Will never again purchase from this company. "

"The first time I shopped at WHBM was with my very affluent ( white) sister in law. We had two staff members attend to us and gave us suggestions, brought us different outfits and it was a great experience. We left with over $600 worth of clothing and more importantly a memorable shopping experience.
The next time I went by myself, I was shocked at the indifference. The staff didn’t remember me and were aloof. They were busy talking and doing what they were doing - I felt neglected and even discriminated against. I felt my brown skin and modest means didn’t make me worthy of much attention. "
