"Their website was down during Black Friday weekend (understandable) my order went through twice (I guess it happens) I contacted them immediately the next morning to notify them about two pending charges. One rep said there was nothing they could do (what?) the other apologized, said she’d cancel one of the duplicate orders and I should see the pending charge removed from my account (awesome, also, expected way for customer service to handle the situation). But now I have two of the same orders, meaning two charges, and a hassle to return one of the orders and wait on my refund. WHBM is antiquated and should stick to brick and mortar if the simple solutions to e-commerce problems are too hard for them to resolve. Definitely never shopping with them again; plenty of other comparable or better boutiques with better policies and customer service (and products). "

But every store I’ve been in has a very friendly staff and you feel like you are very cared for in obtaining a new look or advice on a look. Nice feeling to go shopping.
