"I purchased a sweater on November 30 and two weeks later, it still hadn’t even shipped. I called WHBM to cancel my order since I had been waiting so long and needed the sweater for a specific occasion. The call center rep told me that the sweater was on backorder. I was never notified of this.
I realize that delivery services are over burdened and everyone is really trying their best to get people their purchases as fast as possible, but I wasn’t even told about the back order or given any timeline on when I would receive my purchase .
I’ll be shopping in store from now on."
