"I’ve shopped with WHBM multiple times before and had a good experience. I needed a dress for an event and purchased one online. A day after it was due to arrive (paid for express shipping) I checked with a customer service agent and they said it had been cancelled. They couldn’t offer any reason, or explanation of why no one had contacted me to say it had been canceled. They did not offer anything to make up for it, simply telling me the item was still available and I could buy it again if I wanted. This experience will definitely make me re-think buying from this brand again "
