"I ordered multiple items around Labor Day, One foot wear was shipped the same night of placing order, only found left pair in it and empty dust bag for right footwear. Have sent 2 different emails to customer service 4 weeks ago, no one replied or called. Other items were ok but some were missing return labels in the packet- adding to another issue. I plan to go in person to store (we all had been avoiding that in COVID but now I have to) to return the footwear and all that did not fit me. Quality is nice for everything but horrible shipping/customer service. "

"Delivery was more than a week behind the estimated delivery date. Also the tracking was never updated so I was never made aware when my items shipped or when they were being delivered. I spoke with a customer service rep on the phone and she couldn’t tell me where my items were. Extremely disappointing especially since you have to pay for shipping "
