Well, finally 11 business days later I got my shipment. Satisfied with what I got, but it would have been returned if it was something I more urgently needed. In a day and age with fee two day shipping offered most places, 11 business days doesn’t encourage me to buy from here first. "

"I ordered an item twice and it was cancelled twice without notification or reason. I called customer service who advised it had been out of stock but she was able to locate it in a store and would replace the order. That order never showed up either and I received no notification that it was cancelled until after I called again. Placed the order at 4th time only for it to be cancelled again. The items is STILL listed as available on the website and, in fact, is advertised as a key item in marketing emails and posts. Don't put items up that aren't available, don't cancel orders without notification or explanation, don't continually allow orders that you're not going to fill."

Separately, in trying to return a couple items, my local store was close twice during their business hours with a handwritten sign in the window saying they were closed.
