"I ordered a refurbished espresso machine it arrived 1 week later and it didn't work. I called technical support and they said send it back and when they receive it they will send out an other one. That would take about 18 days. I asked if they could send it back faster I was told not unless I paid for it. It's not my fault it was not inspected property in the first place. "

"In 2008, my wife and I purchased a Spidem Villa (a bare-bones espresso maker) from Whole Latte Love for use at our vacation home in Florida; and it is still producing good cups of coffee. At our main home in Switzerland we owned a DeLonghi Magnifica which served us well for 13 years, and we loved it. When we relocated to the U.S. last year, we had to give the Magnifica to my wife's sister because it was 220 volts only, and she is stilll enjoying it. Now, after settling into a new larger home in Florida, my wife and I have finally replaced the Spidem Villa with a DeLonghi Gran Dama (ESAM 6620). When we attempted to set it up, the GROUND TOO FINE error message appeared and would not go away. I read the instructions, tried adjusting the grind level in the bean hopper, and tried running hot water through the machine for half an hour -- all to no avail. Then I called customer service and Quincy came on the line. As soon as I put my telephone next to the machine so Quincy could hear the funny noises it was making, water and steam came out. I tell you, that Quincy is good!! He helped me readjust the grinder level in the bean hopper and also answered a few other questions. When he asked what kind of coffee I was using , and I read the label to him from a kilo of "Tchibo Caffe Crema Vollmundig 100% Arabica" that a friend brought us from Germany, Quincy started speaking German. Amazing! What a talented customer service staff! In spite of the initial hiccup with the machine, we had an absolute wonderful experience with Whole Latte Love -- for the second time in eight years. The product was delivered on the morning of the day they said it would; packaging was so protective it was almost overdone; customer service was friendly and extremely knowledgeable; and, as I write this, I am sipping on a most delicious cup of coffee. This is a solid, beautifully designed and extremely well-built machine -- everything I expected from DeLonghi. All this and (Black Friday) 20 percent off, as well. I couldn't ask for more. "
