"I ordered my Inferno back in November of 2014, and it still has not arrived. I've been getting pulled around (like many others) in countless emails and have been told over and over that it's on its way. And from what I've seen in numerous reviews from others is that it is most definitely not "on its way". It really bothers me that a company would actually treat their customers like that. And I can only assume they wont be doing business much longer, especially if they maintain their business ethics and practices at that level. Thanks for nothing WL, it's a good thing I've got the Washington State office of the Attorney General to help out in these situations and get my money back! "

"In today's fast paced world... it is suprising I ordered November 29th 2014, last year. March 13, 2013 and still have not recieved any product. Seems that my issues are not outside of the norm with this company based on the plethora of similar complaints. "Well, I'm in the same boat is everyone else here. Order my laser for my son on 12/2/2014 and here we sit on 2/24/2015. I do get quick responses from a person named Sarah and a guy named Lou - same stuff, its being processed, should be there soon, blah, blah, blah. Has anyone contacted their credit card company this late in the order process and received compensation? Well today 3/23/15 I made a dispute with my credit card company. They will contact Wicked Lasers for an explanation - if they can't verify the shipment is being delivered I will be refunded."

"I ordered 3 months ago now and I haven't heard from them in quite a while. I've sent several emails to them with no reply. The last several emails they sent to me were lies: first they said there would be a delay of a few weeks (lie); then they said my order had shipped nearly 6 weeks ago (lie); then they said it didn't ship (truth); then they said it shipped again and they would send a tracking number by Feb 3rd (lie). All I know for certain is that they got my order wrong and it hasn't come. They have been around long enough to do a good job but they don't. I agree with the other commenter who said that they should say up front that it will take 3 months, or whatever it takes, but instead they lie and stall. I don't know if they have decided to steal our money or what. My last email said that they should respond to me or I would contact my credit card company for a refund. They didn't reply. They are HORRIBLE and I will NEVER order from them again. These guys are simply the WORST!"

"Awful.

It's February 15th 2015. I ordered the laser November 28th 2014 for my father as a gift. I was told 1-3 weeks shipping. Two weeks later, I was told there was a "delay" so it would take 3-5 weeks. Still nothing. Their customer support only spouts how there's delays due to massive orders. The tracking number they gave doesn't even work (IE It's fake)

This company makes 10million~ a year. They could easily afford proper support and shipping information.

I don't even have the laser yet to write a review about. Soon I will be taking up a ticket with my credit card regarding the payment so I can get my money back.

I've had better support, information etc from cheap Chinese companies who know little English.

"Terrible company I ordered a laser on Nov. 22nd 2014 and have recieved diddly squat. They sent an email saying it would take 2-3 additional weeks to recieve my order. It has been 12 weeks now and im still at sqaure one. They expect us to believe their emails aboUT delays from the shipping companys and the busy holiday season. Its all a crock. Criminals on the internet at its finest."

"This company is a fraud. It is posting great reviews on different websites, trying to compensate the ever increasing amount of complaints from customers. I ordered my laser on November 22nd, 2014, and paid for expedited shipping. Three weeks later, I called the company to get an update. They said that there is no such thing as expedited shipping, and that they are in the process of updating their website to reflect that the shipping is standard. A couple of days later, on December 15th 2014, I received notification that the laser had been shipped, but no tracking number was provided. I waited until the first week of January and called the company. When I finally managed to come across an employee, which is, by the way, a real challenge, I was told that the laser is in customs. Same answer a week later. On February 5th, I received another email claiming that the item has shipped, and that it will take up to 5 weeks to be delivered. I tried to contact Wicked Lasers ever since, without any luck. They have an answering machine on at all times, that is designed for after hours calls, and they never return my calls, no matter how many messages I left. A tracking number finally appeared on the website, relevant to my order, but when I checked it it had expired. Apparently, the company scheduled shipping (and therefore got the tracking number) but never went ahead with shipping the item. For those who don't know, lasers are being brought from China, but they are not sent to customers. They are being sent to a warehouse(?) in the United States, in New York, and then sent to the customers, at which time a tracking number is allegedly provided.
Lately, the company's website states about my laser: We are not accepting orders for this product by residents of the US, AU, CH or NZ

"Wicked Lasers is really awesome at giving you the runaround, but that's about all they're good at. I ordered my Arctic laser November 24th, it is now February 9th and I still have not received it. What I have received is countless emails explaining how there were warehouse mixups and my package was left behind during a change of warehouses. I also received a tracking number for USPS on January 23rd stating the USPS had received notice of the package, but hasn't received it. After a week and a half I asked for answers yet again and got a tracking website saying it was in transit, but looking at the same order through USPS only said electronic data received. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!"

"It sounds like the company is having people write good reviews claiming to have recieved their laser within 10 days. Last I checked, customer support informed me that the process is a couple of days of processing, a couple of days to ship, then it travels from china to a New York Distro center, and finally to your address. 10 days for your order? hmmmmmmm (ponder, ponder.) This company is terrible. I ordered my Arctic III laser back in November 2014 and it is now Feb 2015. I keep emailing them and they keep giving me the same stupid answers. First they blame the popularity over the Christmas season, but as soon as my laser was listed as shipped to their distro center, they started blaming the shipping process and not their company. The fact of the matter is that I dropped hundreds of dollars on their product and have yet to see it. Borderline robbery and I can definitely smell lawsuits in the future. I went to go complain on their forum but it was covered in company propoganda. The only forums were of people that appeared happy and claiming that their product got to them within 2 weeks or less. However they have blocked user comments so that readers might assume that the customers are happy. I cannot be the only dissatisfied customer out there. This company is terrible and strongly urge people not to order from this company any time soon, or until they fix their internal issues. I have never felt the need to write reviews until now.
This sucks, I honestly just want my laser that I already paid for. It is the worst feeling to get excited about buying something and to not recieve it.

"The worst shipping time EVER.

They are funny to call it in a nice way, they send email saying 1 week for the tracking and after 6 weeks no tracking and their answer is:

"We already send the item, but cargo company hasn't sent the tracking number"

Well thats perfect so I ask them to sell me another laser and if they don't see the payment no problem i send it but of course they didn't answer.

No response from CS nor facebook, I ordered in Nov 11 close to 2 months and not even a ****** tracking number.

they should not do any more business, a company who doesn't give customers a proper expectation shouldn't be open, if they would come and say, your order will take 3 months and I accept thats on me but they say 1 week about 6 weeks ago and nothing so thats on them.

Don't do business with them, they don't deserve it

"I ordered a laser for my boyfriend for Christmas. I ordered it on Black Friday, thinking that would be plenty of time to get it for Christmas since the site said my order would be processed and shipped within 3 business days. NOPE. It's not even a week before Christmas and my order hasn't even been packaged for shipment. They charged my account, but at this point I don't know if I'm even going to get my order or if they're just scamming me out of my money. Unfortunately I had to go buy another Christmas present for my boyfriend. Do not order from here. Super dissatisfied. I thought they were a company who had it together."

"Im so glad that I have the ability to edit this review because I sort of trashed WL without having the full picture. As it turns out, the long hold on my tracking number was result of ineptitude on part of the USPS and their terrible update system. not having much experience ordering from out of the country I blamed the delay in information on WL My order is finally moving in the states!

I want to thank Jim at WL who seems to be the backbone of customer service for taking personal intrest in my concerns:-) i will be ordering again soon just because of him.

To those concerned about lack of movement on USPS tracking web site, , stick it out its them not WL
