"Everything went fine except...I had 2 lines that could be upgraded. In total I have 3 lines. Well the line that should have been an upgrade wasn't. So sprint said just order the phones and activate it on the one you want when you get it, simple. Well the agent with wirefly tried to switch the lines himself. The call took forever at that point. Then he said he'll call back if any additional info was needed so I wouldn't be held up. Well he never called back. Come to realize later that the phone number he was trying to switch was deactivated. I had to call sprint and have them re activate the old phone. I had just ordered the phone that day and he had activated that number on the new phone. Lastly I have a suggestion. I had to re order that particular phone so now I have 2 in the mail. when going to your site it would be a lot simpler if I could see both my orders. I can see a cancelled order and one of my currents. If I go back to my email then I can hit the link in it for the 2nd order but can't see the 1st. Anyway those were my only problems. When I ordered that 2nd phone for the 2nd time that representative was very good just so you know. Part II..The phone came yesterday again I had problems. Hit activate on Wirefly website and it said I had to call. OK I call a little after 12 and after 4 hours my phone was activated. The representative came and told me at least 10 times to wait his guy will be 2 to 5 min because they couldn't get it. After he said that so many times I told him to just keep me on hold until they were done. When he hung up he said give it 30 min and your phone will be activated. Waited and no, had to call sprint to fix everything that wirefly attempted. Worse phone experience ever. I have a second phone on the way as I ordered them the same day but one was on backorder. I will be calling sprint to activate this one and will be asking someone to waive that activation fee as I did 4hrs of work on it. I do like my phone though...so far."
