"Price was great, promos are great (i got a $30 gift card back and a bluetooth, although the gift card is to be sent 45 days later assuming acct is in good standing.. fair, but i don't think that was mentioned when i bought).

I had issues putting my order in through the website because while i was purchasing the phone myself via my own credit card, i was joining my mom-in-law's "family plan", so they require soc security#, drivers lic#, etc... SO, i had to get her on a 3-way call... no big deal, except that she had to sit on the phone while i went through my information too! SO, i had to inconvenience her for about 30 minutes of the 45 minute call it took to get everything in order. I guess this is a good thing, as far as preventing people from ordering a phone to someone else's account without permission.

SO, got through that, but other issues are just the amount of time holding to get a rep on the phone about my order after it was placed. Held for 15 minutes this morning just to inquire about that $30 gift card, and only because it wasn't even listed on my order. If they'd just have listed it on the packing slip, and stated in there that it would mail out in 45 days per the conditions, then i'd not have even had to call to check on it!

Also, when i was calling to make sure everything was right, because the order still showed as pending approval because the PIN# my mom-in-law provided was not exactly right, the system ultimately hung up on me a few times. I couldn't get a live person, despite hitting '0' for operator, and trying other ways through the automated menu... and when you got to a certain point, it basically said goodbye and hung up the call... no automated system SHOULD EVER HANG UP on a customer! That's pretty annoying and ridiculous, not to mention bad business practice."
