"I have ordered from Wirefly before and have had great experience in the past, I even referred friends. However, I will not be doing so moving forward.
One of the phones we received was faulty. After taking it to the Verizon store twice to see if there was anything they could do, we were told that we would have to return it to the place we bought it from. Having returned phones in the past to other companies the process was "We'll ship you a replacement, you have 10 days to send us the faulty phone back or you'll get charged".
To my surprise that is NOT how Wirefly works. We will be without a phone for up to 10 days! Or we can allow Wirefly to charge our credit card $400 until the defective phone is back in their possession. I am being penalized for their faulty phone.
In the future I will gladly pay a few dollars more to get the assurance that if something is wrong with their product they will take care of it correctly.
Update:
Kim did contact me directly and Wirefly overnighted a new phone out which has been received and activated.
I appreciate the customer service that I received from Kim, however I wish that it hadn't come to this, to receive this kind of service. "

"I ordered my phone on 07/26/13. I have been pleased with Wirefly up till now. I have had Device Protection plan on the device since purchase. I am trying to make a request to have my phone repaired on my plan but was informed that my account was suspended on 12/31/13. However Wirefly has continued to charge me each month for a protection plan that does not exist. This is theft pure and simple. I complained to Wirefly and to their partner MDPA. MDPA approved the request on 03/10/14 and I mailed my phone to the approved service center. Today 03/12/14 MDPA is telling me I have no service and I need to contact Simplexity (Wirefly's owners) for service. So now MDPA has my phone. "

I must say that Wirefly came through with flying colors! I am happy to say that they have really addressed my issue so professionally, politely (even when I was a bit rude), and simply, perfectly!
