"These guys have the worst customer service ever. They messed up my order (says its ATT when I ordered a Verizon unit) and they couldnt help me activate. They show no sympathy other than stating the fact that I am not satisfied and should return the item. Well I cant be satisfied when you cant even activate your own item? Beware of their return policy of which sounds super sketchy (14 days according to the customer service Rhea starts when I order the unit) and they count the last date as the receipt date. What this means is if you are not satisfied with your purchase contact them within the same day else you will pay a fee for the prepaid shipping label will take 7 days to ship to them (and apparently I am liable for this). The associates provided me the wrong Return Authorization (RA) number at least its not the same as the one emailed to me. I was contacted by a Wirefly customer service after posting a rating here on resellerratings.com. He was fairly nice but it's already too late for another company has already taken care of my upgrade. However, he did offer to track my return status and make sure everything will be smoothly. "
"I got my brand new Nokia Lumia today. Opened the box and the Verizon SIM card had been broken out of it's container card and inserted into the phone. I tried to set up the phone, but it said "No SIM" so I called wirefly and they said it would be 24 hours (It was 3:30 on a Friday pm) before I would receive a new SIM card. Unfortunately 24 hours = next Tuesday! Bad way to start a brand new phone and phone plan. Yikes!
It's Sunday now and Wirefly sends me a summary of my order informing they will charge me for the Verizon Data plan, but listed "Data Plan: No" on the receipt below! Of course they're closed today so I can't contact them about this. So far, really poor!"
