"Wirefly certainly offers cheaper prices on phones. I was happy to get my phone for a low price until I had to deal with its customer service center. I wanted to ask if I can hold my service while I'm out of country and extend my contract later. People from Verizon was not sure why Wirefly would even be concerned with this matter, but it took 3 calls, 2 emails, and 2 chat sessions to get different answers from people at Wirefly. I got to call the executive office at the end; I got my RMA # over the phone and of course... got a different code a few minutes later via email. As stupid as this sounds, I felt like it would be more hassle to try to return an item through this company, so I decided to just suffer some loss and use the item. If you are looking for cheap prices only, I'd say okay. However, I strongly recommend that you not use the website if you are looking for customer service representatives who have even the slightest knowledge of the company's own policies and the carriers' rules."
