"I have ordered a number of items from Wish and have never had any major issues. There have been a few items that have either never been received in the time specified, or have never been received at all. However in saying this, one quick e-mail to Customer Services and the issues were resolved either with a refund or re-sending the items. I can honestly say I love using this website and receiving the products and have never been disappointed with my purchases, as long as you are willing to wait on delivery.

"Fake shipping costs. Same items with deferent shipping. The first seller sells it 1€ and 3€ shipping, the second sells it 2€ and 2€ shipping, or for free and 4€ shipping. By the way, the most items sold there are much more expensive than on any other e-shop."

I also paid two pounds for an order I never received. I paid it as I was constantly getting emails saying I should, even though I told you I hadn’t received it. I’m very disheartened now. I will buy same stuff from eBay now"

"My items never were delivered was told that it may take a while longer than expected. I waited another week or so. Was given a new delivery date each time. After the second delivery date had passed I requested a refund only to be told I waited to long. That is in my book a rip off, theft by deception. I don't care about the money as much as I do about the deception. "
