"They have a lot of random stuff. Despite their claim that you can buy in confidence from them because "they have your back" it is a hassle trying to return items. DO NOT attempt to call their 1-800 number because after you listen to its recorded messages, it then says that the service is unavailable. No it wasnt just a system outage, I have been trying for days. You can ONLY communicate with "reps" via the app. But, before you can get to that stage you have to answer questions from an automated online "help assistant" who basically vets why you need customer service. Then you have to wait 24 to 48 hours for a response. To make matters worst, they want you to upload a picture of the item you are trying to return, regardless if the system says it was delivered on the 3rd and you are trying to return it on the 4th. BUT, you just cannot upload said picture, nope you have to go back through the entire online customer service complaint vetting assistance and restate all of why the product was crappy just to upload the required picture. After that a customer rep will send you a standard we apologize blah blah. But what is alarming is that they say "they need to contact the store to SEE how you can obtain a refund" and they will get back with you in 24 to 48 hours. At this rate, your ONE MONTH refund time is slowly being eaten away just to return a product and get your money back. The saying is true, you get what you pay for. I am still undergoing the "return process" its almost like begging to get YOUR money back. In the future I cannot see me purchasing anything over $10 if at all. I cannot stomach having to beg and plead with a merchant that offers "returns" to get my money back for crappy products. BEWARE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED"
"I have ordered several items from wish and I have received a few of them but the ones I ordered that are coming from wongyanghuii store have not shown up. Three of those items are over a month late. Its irritating and frustrating because I just really want what I ordered! "
"I have orders that have been shipped to the wrong addresses that are not my shipping address and Wish will not issue any refunds on them they will not answer any of my questions anymore and yes it has been 5 days after was asked they are stealing my money and not sending any of my orders from these stores wangyonghuii, chenzhaomei, shanhair and Bulova. Also many other customers on these stores in Wish have not received products from these stores and the store shanhair i am unable to find on wish now. "I like to think I am not a dummy, based on my accomplishments, that belief is justified. However, when I get fooled by the advertisement for an item, that can only mean the advertisement is a lie. Frequently you will find items that show multiple pieces in the photo. It will even have verbiage implying multiple items are being sold as a package. However, when it arrives as only one piece, you know you've been had. Additionally, clothing quality is extremely poor and sizing is quite the challenge. Large clothing is apparently based on the size of the chinese slave children who make the clothing, so a large will barely fit a 10 year old child here. Frankly it seems that they can have prices so low because they cheat their customers. I will not buy from them again. I recommend you avoid the headache too. "
"I shopped at Wish a couple of times, I bought some items that I really liked, they were very nice people treated me like family right away. L must say their customer service wasn't as good as it could have been, and their shipping takes longer than it should. But for the most part I was treated very well."
