"I called customer service to check on the delivery status of my order as I was planning to be out of town for the Christmas holidays and my online order status only showed, "Fulfilment pending". The person who serviced my call, although very pleasant and polite, did not appear to know what was going on. She first suggested that my order may have been delayed because of the Thanksgiving holiday. She then told me that the order would be delivered next week. I hung up the phone and noticed that a package had been delivered to my front door...it was the order! The Company needs to make a greater effort to ensure that accurate delivery information is provided to its customers. Otherwise, dealing with the company (Ben) was very pleasant and I would not hesitate to make a repeat purchase. "

"I placed an order for one item from this company. Since I never received it, I called Customer Service and they could not give me any specifics about the shipment. They were going to send the item again on Jan 15, 2008. Here it is Jan 28, 2008 and I have still not received the item I ordered back on Nov 28, 2007. Customer Service is nice, but I want my item! I have been waiting for 2 months for delivery. And I see that Woodland Direct took my money, via PayPal, on Nov 28, 2007. I am still waiting for a response on the latest inquiry I made today, Jan 28, 2008. I will never purchase anything from this company again."
