"I received the wrong item. Ironically I received a watch >double in value of what I ordered. Delivery was typical swift and free. Took me a day or two to get it returned and still awaiting the reimbursement to my cc. Customer service lady though was polite and helpful once I reached them. Wish their line open longer than 7pm for us West of Mississippi. :) Please consider at least a Customer Svc call number to 9pm Eastern for us out West.
