"This is my second time ordering a watch on WOW. Second time when I get an email confirming my order and then silence. No more updates, obviously no delivery, and I noticed that the payment disappeared from my cc statement. No calls, or emails to tell me they don’t have the watch in stock, even though the item showed as in stock on the website. I am thoroughly convinced this website is a complete scam and waste of time. "Worst online shopping experience ever. Ordered two watches, one for $5385. Received that one but still waiting for second one. Didn't like the first one so had to return and was charged an 8% restocking fee. So basically they get the watch back to sell again and charge me $430 just for ordering. Plus it cost me another $100 out of pocket to ship back because I had to insure it's value. USPS tracking says it was unable to deliver. This is because they closed shop for awhile. But they still have people purchasing online. The only way they'll give me the credit for the restocking charge is if I order another watch greater than $5385. So when I spoke to the customer service rep I told them which one I would want and asked if they could put it on hold. She said no and then they sold it to someone else. They also do not respond to customer emails and when their number is called it is immediately disconnected. I am opening a claim with Discover card to get my money back. BEWARE!"
