"I called the WOW’s customer service number on 8/12/21, because as per FedEx tracking details the city my package was going to was different than mine (WILLITS, CA instead of VALLEJO, CA). But I was reassured by WOW’s rep that it was going to my correct address with an estimated 2-day delivery as of 8/16/21. August 16th came and low and behold, the package ended up in UKIAH, CA, which is approximately 100 miles away from VALLEJO, CA. And at the same time FedEx notified me that my package was being held and supposedly ready for pick up! By this time I was getting livid!!! I had to call FedEx again to get to the bottom of exactly what was going on. I finally found out what happened and apparently WOW initially TRANSPOSED my zip code and the label on my package had WILLITS, CA on it. But since FedEx was on top of it, they held the package as UNDELIVERABLE but relabeled it with the correct zip code, however it delayed the package another day. "

"Ordered a Glycine watch on 8/9/21. Called on 8/10/21 and was told the watch is coming from a different warehouse. Credit card was charged on 8/11/21. Called again on 8/13/21 since I hadn't heard anything and spoke with Camila and she tells me the watch is no longer available and she can send me a different model. When asked why I was not informed and why was my credit card charged, she had no answer. At this point I was getting tired and angry so I agreed to have a different model shipped to me. Sent an email to Heidi explaining this absurd situation but no reply. When calling be prepared to stay on hold forever. They are advertising product they don't have in house and charge your card and try to substitute for other items. Honesty and integrity is not a part of this company. I have dealt with companies that are much better. I learned my costly lesson. "
"I purchased a fragrance from world of watches. It's been over 2 weeks and I still haven't gotten the product. The tracking # that they sent says usps is still waiting to receive the package. I've sent 3 emails to the company and they've never responded back. I'm beginning to think I've been scammed. "
"First let me say that when calling customer service, it’s strange to not hear any prompts, no thank you for calling World of Watches, just starts playing music. After waiting and listening to the music for 6 minutes, the call disconnected. This is happened the first 3 times I called them.
4 days after purchasing, I reached out to World of Watches asking when my order would be shipped. I was told it would be shipped in the next day and I would receive a tracking number soon after. Another 5 days passed and I received nothing. I called World of Watches again and told them I wanted to cancel my order. I was then told they could ship it out in a day if I would like to keep my order. I politely declined seeing as I had already waited 9 days and was given that same promise 5 days prior. I ended up finding the exact product on another site for a lower price and they shipped my order the day I made my purchase. I would not recommend World of Watches and I will not be purchasing from them again. "
