"I ordered two fragrances that I really wanted. Both said “in stock” and “ships within 1-3 days.” A day or so later I get an email saying “part” of your order has been shipped! Like, huh?? I sent a message to customer service, and got NO response. I had to call to get info on my order. And when I did, they told me the other fragrance is “back ordered.” What a huge disappointment! In my opinion it’s incredibly misleading to advertise something as in stock only to be unable to fulfill a customer’s order. I haven’t had this experience with any of the other online retailers I purchase fragrances from on a regular basis. Maybe I’m just annoyed but really, who does that?"
