"I received my Invicta Automatic 31180 quickly. But, when I opened the watch box, the long side of the watchband was not attached and the spring pin was completely bent on one side. This was not due to shipping. Whoever packed the box did not inspect the watch nor take care of the unattached band. I was really disappointed. I emailed WOW and was contacted by Kamela. I sent her photos of the damaged pin. She emailed me a free return label. I then went to a local watch shop that I the frequent the same day and the owner put in a new pin. I was able to rectify the situation but it cost me $5 for the pin and a trip to the store. I would like some credit returned to my credit card due to the received damaged watch band pin. I've never experienced this in all the watch orders I've encountered with other dealers. I'm enjoying the watch. Thanks."
