"Opened the pretty box and the watch was not ticking. The instruction explain how to set the time and how to care for it. Had the local jewelry store size band and charge the watch. After charging the watch has a double tick. They advised to send it back to CITIZEN. Tried calling WofW twice but received ‘all circuit busy’ message. After reading the return policy, it appears that the watch can’t be returned since I had it sized. So I request an RMA so WofW can make repairs. 5 day later, WofW did not provide an RMA but explained that the watch is solar powered and needs to charge for up to 48hours which has already been done by my local jeweler. Provided this information to WofW again so maybe I will get a response before the “30 day No hassle” promise expires. This is the first time that I have had a problem with a purchase from WofW but if this does not get resolved soon then it will be my last purchase from WofW."

"I received my watch. The battery was dead so I replaced it instead of returning the watch and then the pin on the clasp continues to pop out. It has to be replaced because the spring appears to be broken. Other than that the watch is very nice. I called but the line isn’t working. I emailed the co. and I am waiting for a response for a new battery and spring which I can have replaced myself to avoid a return. I received an email to review before a response to my inquiries. This review can potentially change to 5 stars. "
