"On time. Spectacular watch"

"When I receive my watch I realize that they put it in a cheap citizen box I had bought citizens before so I questioned the watch since the box was so cheap and they didn’t put in the original I felt that the watch was probably not authentic citizen watch all I want to customer service to do is send me the box that citizens supposed to come in not some cheap box that they got from China"

"Tried to cancel order before it shipped and they shipped it anyway. Getting ahold of anyone at this place is a joke. Will never order from this company again

"After 5+ days in their processing cycle I tried on numerous occasions to call them. Every time I call I was sent to their voicemail system and abruptly hung up on. I also sent 3 emails and no response.

Funny thing is the last email I sent them was canceling my order to which I got a prompt reply telling me they were sorry I had cancelled.

Will never consider purchasing anything from this company, and letting my friends know to avoid as well"
