they sent me the wrong color thou the order on their end had the proper item number listed f or the color i wanted

. they have ignored emails and never pick up the phone it keeps you on hold for 20 mins and then says " oh were busy call back later" even if i call the second they open ..
but yet i constantly get their annoying sales emails 2-3 times a day

i regret not checking them out before i purchased.. what i saved compared to the next cheapest and mo re reliable seller wasnt worth the rudeness and inconvenience.. Plus I see they have a horrible BBB rating .. lesson learnt"

Have contacted customer service and received no personal attention just computer generated auto responses .
Maybe because I’m not a American they don’t give a **** but requests for documentation and security tags are not being addressed in a timely manner "
