Received a confirmation of the order only to receive a cancellation email hours later saying the item was no longer on stock. When I called the call centre they basically told me sorry (very insincerely) tough luck basically but they would be happy to sell me another product. "I have always been very happy with my experiences with the world rugby shop, but this last one seemed to have a bit of a glitch: I had three items in my cart, went to check out and put in all my payment info, and hit the "order" button.

One of the items was not in stock and it updated to a new total, but there was no indication that the order wasn't processed. It wasn't until a week later that I went to check on the status of the order that I realized the order never went through. And by that time, another item in my cart was no longer available."
