"I like the products and the selections! I would come back to use this site for my boyfriend's rugby needs however I had one problem with the checking out process. On the initial checkout page it said that I didn't have to pay any shipping (I assumed because I had spent over $50.00 which is normal for most sites) and I put in all my card information and then clicked submit. In the order confirmation (after I already submitted my card info) I saw that the shipping became $8.99 for standard shipping and it was most definitely not there initially. Pretty sketchy and I'm not pleased about that."

1. Placed an order for a French Jersey XL and Distressed French LS T-shirt XL with Fedex International delivery charges
2. Realised within minutes the order should have been size L not XL so sent an email to ammend order
3. Next day get an email from WRS/365Inc seeking clarification on my request to change size
4. Immediately confirm size as L for both items.
5. Get email from WRS/365Inc that they misquoted delivery charges with request for extra USD$23.46 for 'dim weight'
6. I reply with 'not happy' and refer them to their terms and conditions of sale as stated on their website and a polite "no" to the extra charges.
7. email from WRS/365Inc with apologies but pay up or no goods
8. I respond with agreement to extra charges and a reiteration of unhappiness regards poor service
9. email from WRS/365Inc that one of my items has been made in the wrong size and 2 options to proceed (a) accept their error (b) cancel order and start new order with 2 x size L garments.
10. I respond with email choosing option (b)
11. I also notice that option (b) now has a slightly different description for one of the garments so decide to phone the company from Australia to settle the issue "once and for all" LOL
12. Conversation with phone rep is far too confusing to transcribe here
13. email from WRS/365Inc (please note that each email is signed off by a different person - you don't get any continuity of contact with WRS/365 - in fact the final correspondence came from someone with an entirely different email address) informing me of a new order number BUT with the original erroneous order attached asking me to confirm and to make further phone contact.
14. I respond with email stating once again - the exact order and sizing and a breakdown of the agreed pricing and the balance owing with a request for a final confirmation from WRS/365
15. At this point I have not heard back from WRS/365 and I do not have any goods but I do have an amount pending against my card that has not yet been finalised.
Based on the above experience, you be the judge of whether or not you should deal with this company"
"Worst company I've had the pleasure of dealing with. There was a problem with my payment apparently, so although I got the confirmation email for the order, they chose not to email me or call to let me know this. Appreciated, didn't want these items in time for Christmas. I won't be using you again. Absolutely raging."
