"It has now been 20 working days since placing my small order from World of judaica. Although being advised via the order confirmation, i am yet to receive any kind of update on where my product is?! On the website it states my order is 'in fulfillment'... basically meaning it hasn't been 'processed' and they are waiting to receive my product from their suppliers. Why advise customers estimated DELIVERY between 11-19 working days when mine hasn't even been shipped on the 20th working day?! Despite numerous emails i have had NO response at all! Absolute disgrace! I would advise anyone not to use this service!"
"I ordered almost $1,000 worth of items from this website a month ago and was charged immediately. I have not received any of my items nor have my inquiries been responded to. I am days away from disputing the credit card charges as many of the reviews I have read on here do not fill me with confidence that I will ever receive my items or much less get a response from them.

After I wrote a bad review on a different site, World of Judaica responded by giving me tracking information as to my first order, which has now arrived. While they advised me that my second order would ship yesterday, they have not provided me with tracking information. It seems that their problem is a lack of communication at the beginning by not telling you when you items have shipped and providing tracking information. They also do not respond when you contact their customer service e-mail or telephone number. To get their attention, you have to post a negative review on a website. They then decide to pay attention to the matter. Hopefully, by posting this I will get tracking information as to my second order. All of this could be avoided if they had a system in place like Amazon. The system should give you an estimated arrival date, update you if that changes, advise you when the order shipped, and provide you with tracking information. If they are not going to have such a system in place, they should at least respond to their customer service e-mail or telephone number. Triaging customer complaints through sites like these cannot be efficient and undoubtedly leads to losing people's business. "
"Their "expected" delivery time is totally misleading. I have order a cufflink for a bar mitzvah. They had a question about my credit card's billing address. i responded to their email enquiry within the hour. 4 days later they still did not read my email. I connected with them via chat - the English chat service does not start before 11-12 European time, and that is how finally after 5 days they charged my card. So now we are into business day ten (over two weeks calendar days) - after my card was charged and they have no idea what the delay is - according to the person I just chatted with!

Phase 1 all is great : their web site is great ; you will order ; you will get debited immediately
Phase 2 : it will turn to a nightmare : you will never receive your order ; you will try to connect in vain with their customer service ; they will send you couple e-mails to make you believe you order will arrive one day.
As of today, never received my order done on September 12th....

"I work at a major online retailer in the US and I understand logistics, I understand human error and even the possibility of unseen issues popping up so I am not going to solely bash this company because the order is already a month and a half late... without any signs of shipping out soon.
The worst part is not that this company is terrible with the timing of their delivery (I can see that they often lie about their estimated shipping in the other reviews); the truly horrid thing is their lack of and facade of customer service.
If you happen to call into their phone line, there is no one that will ever attend their phones... it's an automated message no matter what option you choose. If you happen to chat in, their people are absolutely useless at getting you any meaningful information as to when things will ship out.
I was offered "upgraded shipping" on my order because of how long it took... but was never explained that it would still take another month without it shipping out anyway.
If you are going to purchase from any retailer for Judaica products online I highly recommend trying anywhere else. I'm personally going to be having a talk with my bank within the end of next week if I don't have confirmation that the order is shipped out.
I'm also going to be warning ever Jewish, Christian and Messianic webpage and group I know to never deal with these thieves again. May Yah have mercy on these heathens for taking advantage of and stealing from his people..."
