"I have been completely fine with this company for a few orders in the past, but on this occasion they have been just terrible. They have replied to a series of emails from me extremely slowly, and despite a very long time of me asking for a refund I do not have one for a Tallit. I ordered the tallit in August, which appeared as 'in stock', and the money was debited from my account but I received an email from them a week later saying that it was not, in fact, in stock and they could not provide it.
I am so disappointed that I have still not received £220 which I paid 7 months ago for an item that they were unable to get to me. Extremely disappointed. Talking to other people in my community, I find that there are other times they have failed to provide an item marked 'in stock'. It sounds as if they are generally fine but occasionally there is a problem and on this occasion they seem to have dealt with it extremely badly. I would seriously caution that if you must use this company you pay with paypal so that you cannot be charged and until the order is dispatched and have the extra protection. I wish I had done this, but instead I used my card as I trusted them and had used them in the past. I remain very disappointed and upset as I consider further action, and desparately try to get back the hundreds of pounds that I am owed.
Edit: within a couple of days of posting this, I had been phoned by the very helpful manager and recompensed! Thanks :) "
