"I ordered a gift for a wedding a month ago. Status still says "In Fulfillment". No one will respond to email or phone. The wedding is this weekend and I still have no answer. World of Judaica knew it was a wedding gift as I emailed and asked that they enclose a card and wrap if possible.
This was a very expensive, beautiful gift and I am so disappointed. I wish I would have read some of the negative reviews about customer service a month ago. I'm wondering if this is some kind of mail order run out of someone's living room. I should have been advised that this item would not be readily available.

8/18 3:41am (your time) received email from Mara B. Stated order errors are rare and I must send photos of the order received and that I would hear a reply within a couple of days.
8/18 3:54 am (your time) I replied. (1) package rewrapped & sealed. A second opening is likely to result in full damage to packaging. I included description of the contents. (2) explained why issue urgent. Sent with "read receipt" and "high" priority.
8/18 10:00 am (my time) Read receipt received -- that is Mara B read my email.
8/18 5:16pm (my time) sent FB message.
8/19: left voice mail message.
8/19: 10:20am (my time) Sent picture of contents received.

8/21 email received from ResellerRatings about your reply. Email sent approximately 13 hours ago. I replied as I did on TrustPilot.
In summary:
(1) Your customer service NEVER replied to my request on 8/2.
(2) It took 3 days for customer service to reply on 8/20 by Charlie A.
(3) Your request for pictures, stating it would take a "few days" (defined as 3-4) clearly did NOT acknowledge the time critical nature of the problem and showed no concern for me as a customer and the problem YOU created.
So, before you try to white wash the manner in which I was treated, review all the facts. And it isn't sufficient you replied within 1 second or 1 year. Your request for pictures of the wrong order received was an insult.
Why on earth would I want the headache of re-wrapping and re-packaging items to mail back? Why would I make a noise about an order error unless it was TIME CRITICAL and I stated this IN EVERY communication: voice mail message (no on your end EVER answers the phone), messages sent via your online contact form (because every request for live chat sent me to the form), email messages and Facebook messages.

Other than responding to posted negative reviews and Better Business Bureau, I've had 1 contact from them, dated 8/20:
"First of all, I would like to apologise for the delays in getting back to you.Second, we apologise for sending you the wrong items in your order.I will ask tomorrow our fulfillment department what happened to your tallit and I will update you. I will do my best for you to receive this in time."
And note in each of their responses to posted reviews, the stated they had been in "constant contact" with me.

On 9/6: Emma stated would expedite order to my cousin who is currently in Israel and refund us the cost of priority shipping of the incorrect order.

"They mentioned those items I had ordered are in stock! after THREE month! and after my several times following it up they said some of my items are not available. They said order something els and i DID! Again! after a long time they said my new item is Out of stuck too! Please order something els! and I did!!! Finally! in 10 March 2016 they wrote: The item X you ordered is out of stock for the foreseeable future.! Please order something els!!! They hold my money ($260 AUD) for several month and after lots of email, contacting PayPal they refund it.
