"I've been a customer before, but probably never again. I appreciate and love what you do, but your team is trying to charge me an extra $450 for my order because they did not actually put the internal message on (which is on the receipt FYI). Great products (I hope), but awful service this time around and I will be looking elsewhere for getting bands for our event in June (and 4 events or more every year there after).

Soon after the order was being made, senior executives there contacted me and remedied the misunderstanding and apologized for the communication breakdown. They finished the order at the price that was expected and we look forward to the bands at our conference.
