"I began a conversation with the online chat person and told him I needed an order ASAP (within 3 days). He indicated he can do that. After he placed the order he told me the additional charge would be $180.00? dollars which I could not pay. He tried to negotiate with me and his language wasn't customer friendly. I told him I did not want the order and he became defensive and said I would have to pay $20.00 for cancellation. I disagreed saying that it wasn't my fault he had submitted the order before explaining the huge extra charge and he told me he was charging me the $20.00 any way. After that I was very annoyed and received three more notifications that my order had been placed. I finally had to get very strong in my email and tell them I did not want the order. It was very frustrating and I will never do business with them."
