First, the sales rep tricked me in a non-sense order...then I figured it out 7 minutes later so I called back and they said it was too late,it was already in production (yeah right...the 7 days production...) I called back 4 times, it got to nothing. I call 3 more times to talk to the sales manager Jay something, wasn't there and he never called back.
All I wanted was a chance to explain the confusion and maybe have a discount...Thanks again, and I hope my voice will be heard!"
