I've purchased this wrist band from another company in the passed and the color i chose was the color i got for the lettering. When i brought this too the companies attention their reply was that the colors online don't always match the end product!"

"I placed my order online and I soon realized that I made a mistake. I called, the next day, and talked to a representative but was told, after only one day, that the order could not be changed it was already in production. Now, when I ordered these bands I was offered, with an extra charge, a one to 6 day production time. I did not choose this and was given a production/delivery date during the first week of April. When I realized this I called back, same day, and talked to someone else who said the change could be made if I increased my order from 50 bands to 100. After checking with the groupI was ordering for, I decided to increase the order to 100. When I again contacted this company, same date, they stuck to the original response of not being able to change the order. The wrist bands were delivered to my home 4 days after I ordered them. They were quick, but I wonder why do they offer quicker production for an extra cost? I would expect they could work with changing an order within 24 hours when it was not a rush order."

"Love the wrist bands they are exactly what we were looking for and they look great. Happy with the price of the bands & the promo we used to get extra. The only disappointing factor is the amount they charge for shipping. We paid more because we wanted them within three weeks and a higher shipping cost was the only way to garentee that was paying more shipping. They arrived 10 days before the date of garentee which was good not happy about the delivery charge. Love the product "
