"We had a problem with our order. We contacted the business and tried to reach resolve. First we were on the phone with customer service reps who could barely speak English. Someone claiming to be the "owner" of the company got on the phone and was VERY RUDE & insulting. Said he couldn't afford to correct the problem because he was only making $18 on our order of 1000+ wristbands because he GAVE us 200 Free wristbands with our order. He screamed and yelled and was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. We can only hope the product we've ordered is better than the customer service. We would rather have skipped the free product and been treated with RESPECT. We will be looking for another wristband vendor in the future. Cheap prices are NO EXCUSE for crappy customer service!

"When he told me my order of 500 bracelets would be to me within a week, even better in 4 days, I didn't believe him. Then he told me it was being made in China, and I thought absolutely no way...... I received my bracelets, from China, in 3 days!! And there were 0 visible errors!! NONE !!!
Absolutely in disbelief that this package came from China!! If I didn't recieve it and see it with my own eyes, I wouldn't believe it!!! I did pay a small amount (60$) for overnight shipping, but from the other side of the world?? Crazy!! I knew I had dropped the ball by not ordering in advance, heck, we didn't even think of the idea until 9 days before the event. Called them with 1 week to spare, 1 week to the event, and they delivered!! I can talk about this 1 point all day!! But, I won't :)

"The reason I give them a two star is for their lack of customer service. I almost gave them a one. The product is good quality and it arrived surprisingly quickly. However, when I received my order it was wrong. It was not what the website told me I was going to get. I ordered 9 different colors and was supposed to get even numbers of each color but I got all random numbers. I immediately notified wrist-band and they said that that is just how it was produced. They said there was nothing they could do because I did not indicate thats what I wanted. I pressed the issue because the site specifically says they would come in even numbers. Why would I indicate something that the site says they do automatically. They wanted proof so I took a picture of it on their own site and sent it to them. They still tried to blame it on me so I talked to a supervisor (who they said wasnt there until I said that was the only person I was going to talk to and then he magically appeared). They are remaking my order and I have to send all the original ones back. I hope they get this order right. Not once did they take responsibility for the problem, apologize for the mistake, or offer any compensation for all of the inconvenience. The whole process took almost a week to finally get an answer! It is by far one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had."
