"Final product, as delivered, showed nowhere near the degree of contract between background and letter as did the online proof submitted for approval. Further, the embossing on the inside is almost invisible it is so faint. Suggest that the vendor review what a client is ordering and if in their expert opinion the client has made an improper color choice or choices, then they should intervene. Better to get it right for those of us unfamiliar with the probable end result then to end up with money being spent on something with which your customer is disappointed, as we are. We're going to use them but they're surely not what we expected."
