"If all goes smoothly, I suppose you might rate them 5-star. However all the other companies I considered sent me free samples of their product...this outfit wanted $6 from me to send me a sample of a .67 item! I ordered from them because they were the cheapest, however had to cancel within hours due to a misunderstanding about the product. Their website clearly stated under FAQ that there was NO fee for pre-production cancellations, however they charged me $10! They said under Terms & Conditions, it mentions the fees, which is true, however I didn't think I needed to look on every pg of their website once I saw they didn't charge under FAQ. Any company who cares about Customer Svc would decide in the customer's favor, esp over a measly $10, but not this one! "
