Also, while ordering, it was not made clear at the beginning that you had to order a minimum of 20 of a color/size for the order to go through. We wanted a lot of different colors and had to give up on that to get the quantity we wanted. It's kinda silly that I could make 5 different orders for 5 bands of each size and color each but I can't make 1 order that includes only 5 bands of each size/color even though they all have the same saying and will use the same mold. Changing the color of the band should not be that big of a deal. I actually ended up calling the phone number to figure it all out and the man I talked to on the phone was less than pleasant about the whole thing. Overall, once we got past the disappointment of losing out on the variety of colors we were satisfied with this seller, as well as the ordering and delivery process. We have been using these as a way to raise money for an organization in honor of my son's 1st birthday and it has been very successful... so thank you."
