"I ordered online, and was double billed, and then credited back for the 2nd bill all in the same day. Then problem cam when visa charged me more for the duble bill than they did the refund. The end result was the double bill cost me $5.

"I ordered a set of speaker stands for a system that I just purchased. I also ordered monster cables for the surround sound system. The person on the other end of the phone, Matt Masar, could not have been more helpful. He told me what I needed to hook the system up and it was like he was at the house, doing all the wiring. The prices were about 60-75% of what Best Buys charge and even though it took about 6 days to arrive, it was well worth the wait."

"After working with 2 salespersons and one support person, I was finally put in contact with Tom Monroe. I informed him of the discrepancy caused by the first salesperson which delayed my order a week. He was also told about the second salesperson that corrected the first salesperson's mistake, only to ship me parts that did not fit my request. After working with the support person, it was found that in order to satify my original request I would have to order a completely different system. I was asked how much was I willing to pay. This resulted in my first order of $336.00 to become $384.00. Shortly thereafter I saw the same system with more features and hardware for $289.00. The end result was receiving the packaged system which fit my needs for $316.00. Tom Monroe is a true professional who knows how to lead by example. Now that's what I call customer service!"
